New validations in customs declarations

It has been detected that incorrect import and export declarations are being made. Thus, from January 14, the following rejections will be introduced into the customs declaration system:

  • Import. Indirect representation will not be permitted when the requested regimes are 53 (temporary importation / TEA), 51 (inward processing / IPO IM EX), and 44 (end-use / EUS), 46 and 48 (outward processing / OPO IM EX).

  • Export. Indirect representation will not be permitted when the requested regimes are 11 (inward processing / IPO EX IM) and 21 (outward processing / OPO EX IM) and 22 (outward processing / OPO other than 21).

In addition, future versions of the technical guides for these systems will incorporate these validations.
