New developments arising from the control of fluorinated greenhouse gases
After consulting the validations of the European CERTEX system and in relation to the declaration of non-customs certificates requested by the measure aimed at "Control of imports of fluorinated greenhouse gases-724", it is clarified:
- The certificate with code C057 - DoC option A is used to perform dating in the European system on the authorized quantity. In this way, the following must be declared:
- In preCAU import, elements C44Unit and C44Quantity must be filled in. Please note that we have been informed that, in addition to balance validations, cross-validations will be carried out at a central level with the reference of document Y121 and the supplementary units, since it is understood that they must coincide. The unit must be declared in national format (it is understood that it will be TQ)
- In import CAU it will be one of the customs dating certificates. The unit must be declared in community format (it is understood that it will be TCE)
- In certificates C079 - DoC option B and C082 - DoC option C, it will not be required to declare the unit and the quantity in the import system, whether it is CAU or preCAU.
On the other hand, in certificates Y121, Y163, Y120, Y125, it is recalled that the reference must be a numerical format of the type n..16,6 (numeric with up to 16 digits with up to 6 decimals). This validation will also apply to the control of measure 765 - Control of the export of fluorinated greenhouse gases.
