How to check the procedure status of a tax certificate

You can find out the processing status of a tax certificate by accessing the personalized portal "My Files" of the Electronic Office. Access to "My files" requires identification with the electronic certificate or Cl@ve of the holder, or being authorized to carry out that specific procedure.

From the "In Process" and "Certifications" tabs, you can check the processing status of the requested certificates. In addition, if you consult the certificate via this means, you will be able to access both the electronic declaration (application receipt in PDF ) and the tax certificate.

In the event of an incident, contact the competent unit listed on your application receipt, where you can also check the date and time it was made.
