How to resolve doubts or errors related to Cl@ve

Error "An internal system error has occurred. Description: The maximum number of failed attempts allowed per day has been exceeded with the data entered for identification. For your security, access has been blocked. Please try again tomorrow" occurs after repeatedly entering incorrect data, both in the authentication request with Cl@ve Mobile and in the identification with the PIN received by SMS .
Authentication request with Cl@ve Mobile without QR reading
To make an authentication request with Cl@ve without QR reading, the user must identify themselves with the DNI / NIE and the required contrast data depending on their type of identity document:
- Validity date , for DNI ;
- Date of issue , for ## permanent ID (01-01-9999);
- Support number , if it is a NIE .
After several attempts with incorrectly entered contrast data, the system locks for security and displays the message "An internal system error has occurred. Description: The maximum number of failed attempts allowed per day has been exceeded with the data entered for identification. For your security, access has been blocked. Please try again tomorrow" .
You can try to log in again after midnight.
Identification with the PIN received by SMS
If you enter an incorrect PIN when identifying yourself with Cl@ve , the message "The access PIN is not valid" will appear. In this case, it is recommended that you do not try to access the device again with the same incorrect PIN to avoid blocking it.
Instead, log in again and request another PIN. Next, make sure you log in with the last PIN received via SMS and not with a previously obtained PIN. We recommend that you delete the previous SMS to avoid mistakes. The PIN must have 6 digits.
If you exceed the maximum number of accesses with an incorrect PIN, access will be blocked for security reasons and the following message will appear: "An internal system error has occurred. Description: The data entered for identification has exceeded the maximum number of failed attempts allowed per day. For your security, access has been blocked. Please try again tomorrow." .
