Causes of presentation. Obliged to file a tax return

The census declaration, form 036, is used to communicate certain census information to the Tax Administration, as well as for other purposes related to the management of various taxes.

In this sense, whenever a census declaration is submitted, the reason or reasons that motivate its submission must be on page 1, within section A) registration, B) modification or C) cancellation, as appropriate.
