• In small groups, consult the press or the internet for news related to current "piracy" and modern smugglers. Some groups will investigate drug trafficking, while others will investigate arms trafficking. Others, movie piracy. Others, the illegal trafficking of brand-name counterfeits (counterfeit handbags, counterfeit sneakers, counterfeit toys).

• Each group presents the results of their research.

• The final conclusions are drawn up in groups.
