• Write a story on the topic: solidarity. First, look up the meaning of that word in the dictionary. Also, look for examples of people who have distinguished themselves by that virtue and invent a story that illustrates that theme.

• Do the same with the ideas of "justice," "equity," and "solidarity" in taxation.

• Write a letter to a fraudster: Emphasize the services he or she has used and explain that he or she shouldn't have done so since he or she hasn't paid his or her taxes.

• Put yourself in the shoes of a fraudster and write a letter apologizing to citizens for not having paid their taxes.
