What resources do you have to carry out your activity?
The Tax Agency employs more than 27,000 people, enabling the effective enforcement of taxes established by law.
It has more than 270 offices: Special Delegations, Delegations, Administrations, and Customs Administrations, distributed throughout the national territory, aiming to guarantee the greatest possible proximity in information and assistance to taxpayers, as well as the collection and inspection of taxes. There are also Comprehensive Digital Assistance Administrations (ADI), which are virtual offices that provide taxpayers with information and assistance services electronically or by telephone.
The Tax Agency's computer systems play a vital role in all this work, as they must handle a vast amount of information from taxpayers' and payers' tax returns for the various types of income subject to tax.
There are also automobiles, boats, and aircraft used to control and suppress smuggling and trafficking of illicit substances.
