• How can you help your parents or grandparents file their tax returns, such as personal income tax?

  • Tell them which Agency office is closest to your home

  • Point out the different ways of filing taxes.

  • Provide them with the Renta Web program and help them use it on their computer.

  • Find out what phone numbers the Agency provides to resolve questions.

  • Provide them with the phone number to make an appointment to file their income tax return.

  • Show them the Agency website (www.sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es) and show them that almost all procedures can be done online.

• Find out what an “electronic certificate” is. Identify which organizations can issue a certificate of that type. How do you get them? What are those certificates worth?
