22-11-2021 SII : FAQ Document Update: FAQs 4.11 and 4.12

The FAQ document has been updated to clarify the answers provided in FAQs 4.11 and 4.12 regarding how to register exempt and non-taxable transactions, respectively. In both cases, it is only necessary to enter the "Taxable Base" and indicate zero "deductible rate."
