24-02-2021 SII: New version of the technical document on validations published

A new version of the validation document "Validations and errors document (1-1-2021)" has been published in the "Technical Information" section of the "SII - Immediate Supply of VAT Information" portal. Validation number 12 is updated and validation number 8 is removed from the book of issued invoices. Validations number 2 and 10 are removed from the book of received invoices.
