New versions of the G3v2 (version 2.4) and G4 (version 0.9) technical guides have been published for the declaration of temporary storage and presentation of goods to customs.

The changes are:

• The main new feature is the inclusion of the combined G4+G3 message, using the G4 registration message.
• The expected level of declaration of the ENS is specified according to the way of declaring the G4 and the type of knowledge (master or house) in G4 and ICS2.
• The information provided about the expected order between G3 and ATMNot is modified.
• A new option is added for representation when sending G3 messages.
• The explanation of the declarative flows for the introduction of goods is unified, updated and expanded in the G4 guide.

Test statements recorded in the pre-production environment can be reviewed in the queries enabled for this purpose in the external testing portal .

Please note that version 1 of the G3 web services, covered by the previous version v1.3 of the guide, will continue to be used exclusively for the presentation of low-value merchandise generally declared in Discharge Summary Grouping Items (DSDT).
