In order to address all the issues raised in relation to the system for indirect registration of proof of Union customs status, in order to be able to electronically date the temporary storage declaration, a series of improvements have been incorporated into the T2L indirect registration web form:

• The breakdown of the fallback reason into three reasons to distinguish the cases that correspond to system crashes POUS from those that have been initiated on paper in the Member State of departure of the merchandise that is unloaded in Spain.
• The incorporation of a new option called "missing", to be able to include cases in which, either due to errors in completion or due to provisional weights, the merchandise to be dated in the temporary storage declaration is greater in weight or containers than that declared in the T2L issued in the POUS system.
• The inclusion of a help manual to facilitate the completion of the web form.

Operators who wish to do so are reminded that they can choose to send the request for indirect registration of proof of status through the web service, as indicated in the guide, which facilitates their work in the event of multiple items.
