Model 173. Enquiry

The consultation of model 173 requires identification by electronic signature (certificate or electronic DNI ) or by means of the identification system Cl@ve (only natural persons).

In addition to the holder of the declaration, a third party acting on his or her behalf may also consult the declaration submitted.

You can filter the query by several criteria, for example the CSV , the presentation dates (from - to) and "Communication Type" among which are: High, Modification and Deregistration. Once you have indicated the search criteria, press the "Search" button.

The table of records that match those search criteria will be loaded. The content is displayed in several columns along each row, you can choose to display all columns, only some of them, and hide all columns. To access the details of each record, click on the link for the CSV record declared in the first column.

This way you can access the " Declaration Detail " where you can see the presentation data, the fiscal year, the declarant's data, the CSV of the presentation and the type of communication. At the bottom, click on the declared Record ID to see only that record. If you know the declared Record ID, enter it in the corresponding box and press "Search" to see only that record.

In the data of that record you can consult the data of the presentation, with the date, time and CSV , the fiscal year and its status, the data of the declarant, the data of the declared and the data of the operation with the detail of the consideration that you can access by clicking on the link "View list".

The content is displayed in multiple columns along each row. If you don't see all the columns, you can use the horizontal scroll bar to access them or select some from the "Show/hide columns" drop-down menu. To return to the registration details, click "Return to Declared Registration Details".
