Box 128. Large companies and public administration [Model 036]

Box 128 will be checked when the condition to which it refers is acquired or lost.

Having the status of Large Company (volume of operations in the immediately preceding calendar year greater than 6,010,121.04 euros) brings with it important management effects, among others, self-assessments 111 and 303 must be submitted monthly instead of quarterly.

The withholding agents or those required to make payments on account who are considered Public Administrations , including Social Security , whose last annual budget approved prior to the start of the financial year exceeds the amount of 6 million euros, will be required to submit a monthly declaration (form 111) of the withholdings and payments on account corresponding to income from work, economic activities, prizes and certain income imputations paid in the immediately preceding month. The obligation applies to all entities and organisations with a budget exceeding 6 million euros, without it being possible to divide said figure by management centres dependent on the same public entity, regardless of whether said management centres have been assigned a different NIF .
