Box 142. Modification and cancellation of telephone data and email addresses to receive notifications from the AEAT, TEA and DGT [Form 036]

The provision of the telephone number and/or email address implies the granting of authorization for them to be used by the State Agency for Tax Administration and/or by the economic-administrative bodies and/or by the General Directorate of Taxes to make notices of a purely informative nature. The AEAT app is also included as a means of receiving information notices.

In form 036 this data can be declared on pages 2A, 2B and 2C.
