Box 146. Modification of entities in liquidation [Form 036]

When at a time after the revocation of NIF you wish to request its rehabilitation, you must submit form 036, checking box 144.

Entities in the process of liquidation that wish to request the rehabilitation of the NIF must submit a form 036 marking in addition to of the box 144 , the box 146 .

This box should only be checked when an entity in the process of liquidation requests rehabilitation of the NIF.
