Form 231. Pre-submission communication

Before submitting the declaration of model 231, you must submit the prior communication with the required data from the website using the access "Model 231. "Pre-filing communication".

Access is available with Cl@ve , certificate or DNIe . In addition to the holder of the declaration, it may also be submitted by a third party acting on his or her behalf, whether it be a social collaborator or a representative to carry out the procedure.

Fill in the required fields, including the subject, type of presentation (on your own behalf or on behalf of third parties), contact information, telephone number and an email address.

Below is the rest of the data from the statement. Remember that if you submit the communication on behalf of other group entities resident in Spanish territory, you must include the identification of each of them.

Fill in the details for "Identification of the international business group" and "Identification of the entity required to submit country-by-country information."

In the "Identification of the rest of the group entities" section you can choose to fill in the list of the other entities in the group including their NIF in each of the boxes or import a .txt file with the list of NIFs separated by the semicolon character (";") allowing 20 NIFs per line.

Once you have completed the sections, click "Submit".

You will go to the next window "Sign and send the application" with the data you have completed. Review all the information provided and if no errors are detected, click "Sign and Send."

Next, check the "I agree" box and press "Sign and Send."

You will receive the "Submission Receipt" with the details of the submission of the prior communication, in which you will find the Secure Verification Code and a link to download the PDF by clicking on "View in printable format".
