The presentation must be made with an electronic certificate or DNIe of the declarant, also with Cl@ve in the case of collaborators or representatives. If the declarant does not have an electronic certificate, it is necessary that the certified person who makes the submission be a social collaborator or be authorized to submit declarations on behalf of third parties.
The deadline for submission is from January 1 to June 2, 2025.
Enter NIF and the fiscal year. The name or company name field will be automatically completed according to the NIF indicated.
Once in the form, fill in the identification code and any missing data. Verify the details of the Reporting Financial Institution and Address.
At the top of the form is the button bar with the functionalities.
The "Save" button allows you to save a declaration on the AEAT servers that can be retrieved when you re-enter the presentation. To retrieve said saved declaration, use the "Load" button.
Check if you have warnings or errors from the "Validate declaration" button. You will see the errors that need to be corrected in order to continue.
Once the errors have been corrected, a window will appear with the validation of the declaration, in which you can see the simulation of the response indicating that the declaration is accepted and can be submitted.
After validating the declaration, you can submit it by pressing the " Sign and Send " button.
In the new window, check the box "I agree" and "Sign and Send" to continue with the submission.
The result of a correct presentation will be a window with the Secure Verification Code and the result information with the details of the execution result and the XML . With the CSV you can download the proof of submission by entering the "Document verification using secure verification code".
