Find out about the Tax Agency's auction procedure

The Auction Portal of the State Agency BOE is available on the electronic headquarters of the State Agency BOE, at the link https://subastas.boe.es

Judicial and notarial auctions are held on the BOE auction portal, and since 1 September 2018, tax auctions.

The Managing Authority of an auction is responsible for the auction execution process. The Authority's identification data can be found on the Auction Portal, on the second tab of the detail page of each auction.

Any citizen who so wishes may access the Auction Portal of the State Agency BOE. The options available to you on the Portal will depend on whether you are logged in as a registered user or not.
