User registration
Users who have completed the pre-registration process on the Portal will be able to connect to the system using their electronic certificate, their Cl@ve system credentials or their username (email or telephone) and password.
In addition to the public options for all users, they will have the management option that will allow them to:
- Make deposits.
- Participate as bidders in auctions.
- View details of auctions that are not public (additional documentation, registration information if available, maximum bid amount at any given time, information about your auction participation data, etc.).
- Subscribe to auction bidding period start notification services that meet your criteria, up to a maximum of 50 subscriptions.
- Manage your registration data.
Users who have not previously registered can search for ongoing auctions using different criteria and consult the public details of each auction, such as general information, details of the Managing Authority, the lots that comprise it, as well as the interested party or creditor, if the Managing Authority has determined that they are public data.
Any user can register on the Portal at any time.
To register on the Portal you will need to have a recognised or qualified electronic certificate that identifies you by your DNI or NIE, or have one of the identification mechanisms of the Cl@ve system (Cl@ve PIN or Cl@ve Permanente).
- If you wish to use an electronic certificate as an identification mechanism, the Auction Portal will always obtain the data of the natural person listed on it, regardless of the type of certificate you use. If the certificate used does not identify any natural person with a DNI or NIE, the registration cannot be completed since only natural persons are allowed to register on the Auction Portal.
- If you wish to use Cl@ve PIN or Cl@ve Permanente credentials, you must bear in mind that these credentials must have been obtained in person or using an electronic certificate. Cl@ve users obtained online with an invitation letter are not valid for operating on the Auction Portal.
In addition, if you wish to use the Cl@ve system to identify yourself on the Auction Portal, you must first register on the Cl@ve system to obtain your credentials and then register on the Auction Portal using those credentials.
During the registration process, the Auction Portal will assign you a username (either your email or your phone number) and will ask you to set a password, which you can also use to log in to the Portal. The email and phone number you provide must be unique, meaning the same email or phone number cannot be used to register multiple users.
To complete your registration, you must accept the terms of use of the portal.
No. Only natural persons may register on the Auction Portal. If you register using a representative certificate, only the data of the natural person appearing on the certificate will be taken into account for registration. If you wish to act on the Portal on behalf of the company, when making deposits and bids, the Portal will ask you to indicate whether you are making them on behalf of a third party and you may indicate that you are making them on behalf of the company.
You can participate in the auctions through a representative domiciled in Spain.
