Auction award
Once the bidding period on the Auction Portal has concluded, the auction award process is carried out by the Managing Authority according to the criteria established by it. The Auction Portal is not involved in this award process, so if you wish to request information about it, you must contact the Auction Managing Authority.
When the auction concludes on the Portal, the Portal communicates the data of the winning bidder to the Auction Managing Authority. The award procedure is established by the Auction Managing Authority. The Auction Portal does not intervene in this procedure, so if you wish to request information about it, you must contact the Managing Authority of the auction.
The auction closing certificate is available to all users on the Auction Portal, under auction information. If the auction has been finalised by the Managing Authority, you will find the certificate in the auction bidding tab.
